One of the aspects that makes The Manor one of the most popular venues in Washington is the overnight lodging option. Your family and friends can arrive on Friday for set up and rehearsal dinner, spend the night in the beautiful Manor, get married on Saturday, have a wedding breakfast on Sunday, and leave happy, relaxed, and.....Married! Some couples have made it a week long celebration. Whatever you are looking for, having the option to rent your venue for more than 12 hours really cuts down on stress and makes your celebration much more enjoyable.
And did you know, we are an animal sanctuary? Our farm is home to a plethora of rescued animals that are available for you and your guests to visit with. Including pigs, chickens, sheep, horses and our most recent addition, baby goats! The goats are not rescues. They came from a wonderful place, but they are still a part of our menagerie that makes weddings even more fun at the Manor!

We include floor length white linens with all wedding packages.
Our wedding packages include one white resin wedding chair per guest, including the wedding party.
Wedding packages include one 6' round wooden table for every 10 guests.
Wedding packages include 2 8' head tables with accompanying linens.

Package Weddings
(includes tables, rehearsal option, chairs, lighting, parking attendant, planning assistance, staff member, set up & tear down, linens, antique decor)
1-50 Guests: $4500
Weddings over 50 guests will no longer be allowed.
Overnight lodging is $800 per night for up to 12 guests
We will only be holding four events total each year due to county regulations.
